Ningbo Zhongbai announced that the obligor of information disclosure, Hangzhou Jindi Commercial Management Co., Ltd., acquired 18.884 million shares of the company through judicial auction, accounting for 8.42% of the total share capital of the company. After the auction, Jindi Commercial held 29.567 million shares of the company, accounting for 13.18% of the total share capital.
