The Supreme Court opens for public comments on the judicial interpretation of liability disputes related to traffic accidents.

The Supreme People's Court announced on November 9th the interpretation on the application of laws in handling disputes of traffic accident liability, soliciting public opinions. The judicial interpretation is intended to make provisions on issues such as "right of way" and accidents between electric bicycles and motor vehicles causing personal injury to one party of the motor vehicle. The deadline for soliciting opinions is November 15th.
