According to data from Zhongyi Monitoring, from October 6, 2025 to November 2, 2025, key cities in central and western China, such as Wuhan, Chengdu, and Chongqing, had a total of 50 new openings, with a total of 5,242 housing units launched, an increase of nearly 20% compared to the previous period. Among them, newly-built and improved products dominated the market, accounting for 75.9%. The sales performance varied significantly among different projects, with good sales for projects such as Chengtou Hongshulin in Wuhan, Huatian Longhu Shanfeng in Chengdu, and Longhu Meilin Meiyuan in Chongqing.
