The total committed capital of the partnership enterprise is RMB 20 million, with the company as a limited partner committing RMB 9.8 million, accounting for 49% of the total committed capital of the partnership enterprise. The total raised funds for the first phase amount to 10 million yuan, with the second phase having a paid-up capital of 10 million yuan.
