Aishide announced that on November 6, 2025, the company's shareholder Shenzhou Tong Investment pledged 10.16 million shares to the Shenzhen Branch of Zhuhai China Resources Bank, accounting for 2.08% of its shareholding and 0.82% of the total share capital. The pledge period is until April 29, 2029, for the production and operation of its subsidiary. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Shenzhou Tong Investment and its parties acting in concert have cumulatively pledged 151 million shares, accounting for 24.69% of its shareholding and 12.15% of the total share capital. The corresponding financing balance of the pledged shares expiring within six months and one year for the controlling shareholder and its parties acting in concert are 80 million yuan and 360 million yuan, respectively, with diversified sources of repayment funds and manageable pledge risks.
