He will resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Board Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee. It is suggested to appoint a new independent non-executive director to fill the temporary vacancy created by Dr. Zheng Jianpeng's resignation (subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the upcoming special general meeting).
