Sinotan Green Energy (00956.HK) has completed the issuance of 307 million H shares.

The Zhicheng Financial News APP reported that Xin Tian Green Energy (00956.HK) issued an announcement. The board of directors happily announced that all prerequisites stated in the share subscription agreement have been met, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share subscription agreement, the completion has occurred on November 7, 2025. Following the completion, the company will issue and distribute 307 million H shares to Yanshan International Investment Limited (i.e. Hebei Construction Investment Designated Party) at a subscription price of HKD 4.93 per share according to the share subscription agreement. The subscribed shares account for approximately 7.30% of the company's issued share capital immediately before the completion of the share subscription matter, and approximately 6.80% of the company's issued share capital immediately after the completion of the share subscription matter.
