Manor Fang has been appointed as the Chairman of Xingzheng Global Fund, Chen Jinquan was appointed as the general manager.

In the evening announcement today, Hengfu Global Fund announced that the former general manager, Zhuang Yuanfang, has been promoted to chairman, and the former deputy general manager, Chen Jinquan, will assume the position of general manager and chief financial officer starting from November 6, 2025. Zhuang Yuanfang is a veteran asset management professional with over 33 years of experience in the industry. He previously served as vice president of Industrial Securities, responsible for the company's proprietary investment, research, institutional, fixed income and other business sectors. He became chairman of Hengfu Global Fund in 2016, and in January 2017, he also took on the role of general manager before being promoted to chairman. After Zhuang Yuanfang's promotion to chairman, the position of general manager of Hengfu Global Fund will be taken over by the former deputy general manager, Chen Jinquan. Chen Jinquan is one of the early investment professionals in China with a background in securities finance. He joined Hengfu Global Fund in 2010 and has held positions such as deputy general manager of Hengfu Global Fund Management Co., Ltd., director of fixed income division, and director of separate account investment division.
