Zhito Finance APP News, Shanghai Auntie (02589.HK) announced that on November 7, 2025, the board of directors proposed to adopt an H-share incentive plan. The H-share incentive plan will come into effect after approval by shareholders at the special general meeting to be held by the company. The maximum limit for the issuance of incentive shares under the H-share incentive plan is 5% of the total number of shares of the company on the date of adoption of the H-share incentive plan.
