China Automobile Industry Association: In September, the import amount of auto parts products decreased by 11.9% month-on-month and by 21.1% year-on-year.

According to the data compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers from the General Administration of Customs, in September 2025, the import value of automotive parts and components reached $1.81 billion, a decrease of 11.9% month-on-month and 21.1% year-on-year. From January to September 2025, the import value of automotive parts and components totaled $15.99 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 22.4%.
