Hong Kong stock market closing: Hang Seng Index fell by 0.92%, Hang Seng Tech Index fell by 1.8%

Hong Kong stocks closed with the Hang Seng Index falling 0.92% and the Hang Seng Tech Index dropping 1.8%. The Hong Kong stock technology ETF fell 1.57% and the Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect ETF dropped 0.91%. In terms of sectors, the construction products and oil and gas sectors saw significant gains, while the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors saw significant declines.
