"Samsonite executive will join Under Armour as CFO."

On November 6th local time, Under Armour announced that Reza Taleghani will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2026. He will be succeeding David Bergman, who has been with the company for 21 years. Bergman will step down as CFO and will stay on until the first quarter of the 2027 fiscal year to ensure a smooth transition. Taleghani previously worked at Samsonite Group before joining Under Armour, serving as Executive Vice President and CFO since 2018.
