Year-on-year growth of 3.6%, China's goods trade import and export have maintained steady growth in the first 10 months.

The General Administration of Customs announced today that in the first 10 months of this year, China's merchandise trade import and export grew steadily, with a total import and export value of 37.31 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.6% year-on-year. Among them, the import and export value with countries participating in the "Belt and Road" initiative was 19.28 trillion yuan, an increase of 5.9% year-on-year, accounting for 51.7% of China's total foreign trade value. The import and export value of private enterprises was 21.28 trillion yuan, an increase of 7.2% year-on-year. In October, China's foreign trade import and export volume was 3.7 trillion yuan, with exports and imports of 2.17 trillion yuan and 1.53 trillion yuan respectively.
