(300919.SZ) has announced that the total number of H shares to be issued in the company's global offering this time is 104,225,400 shares (subject to adjustments depending on the exercise of the over-allotment option and the green shoe option), of which, approximately 10,422,600 shares have been preliminarily allocated for public offering in Hong Kong (subject to reallocation), accounting for approximately 10.00% of the total global offering; and approximately 93,802,800 shares have been allocated for international offering (subject to reallocation and adjustments depending on the exercise of the over-allotment option), accounting for approximately 90.00% of the total global offering.
