Upon investigation, Tan Mengzheng has lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original intentions and mission, and engaged in superstition activities for a long time; violated the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulations, accepted banquets in violation of regulations for a long time, and passed on the expenses that should have been paid by himself to others; violated organizational principles by not truthfully explaining issues during organizational conversations; breached the bottom line of integrity, accepted gifts and money from management service recipients, engaged in profit-making activities in violation of regulations, and illegally held paid positions after retirement; disregarded financial risks, failed to properly fulfill responsibilities in financing approval work, causing significant losses; abused his position, sought benefits for others in project contracting, financing approval, etc., and illegally accepted huge sums of money.
