On the same day, He Wenjian resigned from the position of general manager of the company due to work needs, but still holds the position of chairman, etc. After deliberation and approval at the meeting, it was agreed to appoint Zhang Ruizhong as the general manager of the company, effective immediately. As of the date of this announcement, Zhang Ruizhong holds 147,100 A-shares of the company.
