The Beijing section of the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway has entered the operational testing phase.

After a 39-day joint debugging and testing process, the Beijing-Tangshan intercity railway's Beijing Urban Sub-center section entered the operation testing phase starting from November 6th, making the final push for the line's opening and operation. After the line is opened, the Beijing Urban Sub-center station will be able to achieve convenient direct connections with various locations such as Tangshan City in Hebei Province, Baodi District in Tianjin, and Beichen District in Tianjin, further reducing the time and space distance between cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and improving travel efficiency.
