Swire Properties announced that as of September 30, 2025, the occupancy rate of Tai Koo Centre was 96%, with a rental adjustment of -13%; the overall occupancy rate of Taikoo Place was 90%, with a rental adjustment of -15%; the occupancy rate of Cityplaza and one building in Taikoo Place was 91%, with a rental adjustment of -14%; the occupancy rate of the second building in Taikoo Place was 73%; and the occupancy rate of other office buildings in Taikoo Place was 90%, with a rental adjustment of -15%. The overall office occupancy rate in Hong Kong was 92%. The occupancy rate of Taikoo Hui office building was 90%, the occupancy rate of One Island East was 89%, and the occupancy rate of One and Two Exchange Square in Hong Kong was 93%.
