List of key administrative illegal acts, starting with first violation not being punished, Market Supervision Administration openly solicits opinions.

Journalists learned today that the State Administration for Market Regulation has formulated a "List of First Violations of Administrative Violations in Market Regulation without Penalty" and a "List of Minor Administrative Violations in Market Regulation not Subject to Penalty" based on the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, combined with market supervision law enforcement practices. These lists are open for public feedback. Relevant units and the public are invited to provide feedback to the State Administration for Market Regulation before December 5, 2025.
