Zhixin Finance APP News, China Everbright Green Environmental Protection (01257.HK) announced that the company has completed the issuance of its second tranche of green perpetual medium-term notes for the year 2025 in China on November 6, 2025, namely "China Everbright Green Environmental Protection Limited 2025 Third Tranche Green Medium-Term Notes (Rural Revitalization)" with a total amount of RMB 1 billion, and a fixed annual interest rate of 2.23% for the first 3 interest-bearing years. The proceeds will be used to repay the Group's interest-bearing debts, supplement the Group's operating funds and/or invest in and develop the Group's environmental protection projects and other business development purposes.
