Country Garden's overseas debt restructuring plan has been approved by the majority of creditors.

Country Garden announced on the HKEX that its offshore debt restructuring plan has been approved by the required statutory majority of both the planned creditors and creditors. Country Garden will seek court approval for the plan at a hearing on December 4th.
