He Xiaopeng further explained that in testing, humanoid robots showed rapid wear and tear when performing tasks such as screw tightening in factories, and the manufacturing cost of a humanoid robot's hand is very high, equivalent to the cost of employing a worker for several years. In addition, safety remains the biggest challenge for humanoid robots entering household environments. Therefore, Xiaopeng Motors' humanoid robots will prioritize entering commercial scenarios to provide services, and next year, Xiaopeng Motors' humanoid robots will enter Xiaopeng Motors stores to provide explanation services and other tasks.
