Matthias Berninger, Global Vice President of Bayer Group, stated in an exclusive interview with China Daily's Witnessing China column that China has made significant progress in the field of life sciences. "In the past two years, China has entered the ranks of global leaders, and the innovation in the pharmaceutical field is highly attractive to multinational companies like Bayer," he said. He emphasized that China's startup field is full of vitality, and Bayer's cooperation plan has led to collaborations in multiple research areas.
