Lonyung Electronics: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of 33.9029 million yuan in the third quarter of 2025.

Longyang Electronics announced that the equity distribution plan for the third quarter of 2025 has been approved by the board of directors. Based on a total share capital of 2.835 billion shares after deducting 975,600 repurchased shares from the total share capital of 2.835 billion shares, a cash dividend of 1.2 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares held, totaling 33.9029 million yuan in cash dividends. There will be no bonus shares or increase in share capital. The record date for equity registration is November 11th, and the ex-dividend date is November 12th. In addition, the minimum selling price pledged by related shareholders has been adjusted to 20.98 yuan per share.
