Chow Tai Fook has announced that, due to a contract dispute with Shui Bei Ka Company, some of the funds in their bank account were frozen. The lawsuit has been resolved by the final judgment of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court. The company has received a civil ruling from the Luohu District Court, which has ordered the release of 70.24897923 million yuan of frozen funds in the bank account due to the lawsuit, approximately 70.249 million yuan. The frozen funds in the account did not have a substantial impact on the company's main operations, and the account funds have now been restored for normal use.
