Zhixun Finance and Economics APP learned that the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce answered questions about adjusting the export control list measures. The Ministry of Commerce stated that in accordance with relevant laws and regulations on export control, on March 4 and April 4, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce respectively issued Announcement No. 13 and No. 21 of 2025, a total of 31 U.S. entities were included in the export control list, and export of dual-use items to them is prohibited. In order to implement the consensus reached in the China-US Kuala Lumpur economic and trade consultations, China has decided that starting from November 10, 2025, the measures against the 15 U.S. entities listed in Announcement No. 13 will be suspended, while the measures against the 16 U.S. entities listed in Announcement No. 21 will continue to be suspended for 1 year.
