State Grid Corporation of China: It plans to establish a joint venture company with a proposed investment of 160 million yuan.

The State Power Investment Corporation announced that it plans to jointly invest with the Eastern New Energy Enterprise Management Center to establish Eastern New Energy Energy Storage Industry Development Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 400 million yuan. Among them, Eastern New Energy's subscribed capital contribution is 240 million yuan, accounting for 60% of the registered capital of the joint venture company; the company's self-owned capital subscribed capital contribution is 160 million yuan, accounting for 40% of the registered capital of the joint venture company.
