According to the online signing data of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, in October, the number of second-hand housing signings in Beijing was 12,087, down 23.7% month-on-month and 30.4% year-on-year. As for new houses, in October, the number of signed contracts for new residential buildings in Beijing was 3,511, up 1.36% month-on-month and down 28.97% year-on-year.
