China Association of Automobile Manufacturers: The total import and export value of automotive products in September was $24.89 billion, an increase of 0.9% year-on-year.

According to the news from the Wise Finance APP, data from the General Administration of Customs compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers shows that in September 2025, the total import and export value of automotive goods was 24.89 billion US dollars, a decrease of 3.6% month-on-month and an increase of 0.9% year-on-year. Of this, the import amount was 3.85 billion US dollars, a decrease of 7.5% month-on-month and a decrease of 30.0% year-on-year; the export amount was 21.03 billion US dollars, a decrease of 2.8% month-on-month and an increase of 9.8% year-on-year. From January to September, the total import and export value of automotive goods nationwide accumulated to 206.81 billion US dollars, a decrease of 1.0% year-on-year. Of this, the import amount was 34.26 billion US dollars, a decrease of 32.9% year-on-year; the export amount was 172.55 billion US dollars, an increase of 9.3% year-on-year.
