On November 5th, Premier Li Keqiang attended the opening ceremony of the 8th China International Import Expo and the Hongqiao International Economic Forum in Shanghai, and delivered a keynote speech. Li Keqiang stated that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China approved the "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal, injecting more certainty into China's economic and social development in the future. There are two aspects of focus: first is the certainty of development. China will adhere to economic construction as the center, concentrate efforts to promote high-quality development, and make new significant contributions to global economic growth. Second is the certainty of opening up.
