Ding Xuexiang visits Uruguay.

On November 4th local time, Ding Xuexiang, a member of the Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Premier of the State Council, visited Uruguay at the invitation and met with President Alvaro Osorio and held talks with Vice President Gaus.
