The eleventh China-Russia finance ministerial dialogue was held in Beijing.

According to the news from the Ministry of Finance on November 5th, Finance Minister Liao Fu'an and Russian Finance Minister Siluanov co-chaired the 11th China-Russia Finance Ministers' Dialogue in Beijing on November 4, 2025. The two sides held in-depth discussions on macroeconomic situation and policies, local financial management practices, think tank exchanges, as well as cooperation between China and Russia in the G20, BRICS financial channels, and multilateral financial institutions, reaching multiple agreements.
