The "Tiansheng Center", known as the "tallest building in Taizhou City", is up for auction. According to the Ali Asset Platform, the administrator of Taizhou Tiansheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. will conduct a public auction on the Alibaba auction platform for bankruptcy liquidation from 10:00 on November 5, 2025 to 10:00 on November 6, 2025. The items up for auction include the land use rights of "Tiansheng Center" and "Shopping Park" owned by Tiansheng Company, ongoing construction projects, office equipment, accounts receivable, and other assets, with a starting price of approximately 2.8685 billion yuan. As of the time of writing, despite the auction items being viewed over 33,000 times, there are no registered bidders.
