Intelligence Economics APP News, Xianji Group (00176.HK) announced that Ms. Yang Suli has submitted her resignation as an executive director, effective from November 4, 2025. Mr. Zhou Weiliang's term as an independent non-executive director will expire nine years later on February 7, 2026, and he wishes to devote more time to other matters, thus resigning as an independent non-executive director as well as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, and Audit Committee respectively, effective from November 4, 2025.
