It was learned from the China Association for Science and Technology that based on the systematic summary of pilot experience, the 2025 China Association for Science and Technology Young Scientists Talent Development Project Doctoral Special Plan has recently been launched, expanding its coverage from universities to all institutions with doctoral degree granting rights.
