Saikeheed announcement that, shareholder Zhang Haiying, who owns more than 5% of the shares, due to personal financial needs, originally planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 1,061,424 shares, or 1.00% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding and other means from August 4 to November 3, 2025. As of November 3, Zhang Haiying has cumulatively reduced his holdings by 825,195 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.7774% of the total share capital, with a reduction price of 26.62-28.89 yuan/share and a total reduction amount of 22.8396 million yuan. The reduction plan has been completed. After the reduction, Zhang Haiying holds 5,499,130 shares, accounting for 5.1809% of the total share capital.
