Hainan Provincial Governor Liu Xiaoming met with Chen Huaiyu, Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of China, and his delegation.

According to the Hainan Daily, on November 4th, Liu Xiaoming, the Governor of Hainan Province, met with Chen Huaiyu, the Chairman of the China Export-Import Bank, and his delegation in Haikou. The two sides discussed strengthening talent and business communication and promoting the transformation of the China Export-Import Bank's Hainan Branch. They also discussed playing a unique role in connecting domestic and international financial markets, financial openness, and the internationalization of the renminbi, to help Hainan Free Trade Port create a globally competitive financial ecosystem. They also discussed increasing support for advanced manufacturing and future industries in Hainan, as well as actively engaging in discussions on aircraft and ship financing leasing businesses in Hainan.
