India launches anti-dumping investigation into Chinese nitrile rubber.

On October 31st, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice stating that a anti-dumping investigation will be initiated on butyl rubber originating from or imported from China, Singapore, and the United States, in response to an application from Indian domestic company Reliance Sibur Elastomers Private Limited.
