Ningbo Zhongbai announced that the company's shareholder Zhang Jiangbo holds 22,627,869 shares of the company, accounting for 10.09% of the total share capital of the company. Zhang Jiangbo is not a controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company. Due to his own capital needs and project investment requirements, Zhang Jiangbo, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to collectively reduce his holdings by no more than 2,240,000 shares through centralized bidding, with the reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the total shares of the company. The above-mentioned shareholder's reduction period is within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this reduction plan.
