Due to the impact of Typhoon "Seagull", trains entering and leaving Hainan Island are suspended.

According to the Hainan Railway Haikou Train Service Section, due to the impact of Typhoon "Seagull", the railway department will adjust the operation order of trains: from November 6th to 7th, all trains entering and leaving the island will be suspended. In response to the train suspension, railway department stations will increase service support efforts, and will deploy personnel at service counters, entrance stations, and other positions to guide and assist passengers in need. They will also dynamically increase ticket refund and exchange windows to facilitate passengers in offline ticket refund and exchange services. Passengers who have purchased tickets for suspended trains can apply for a full refund within 30 days from the departure date shown on the ticket, through the 12306 website, mobile app, or at the train station ticket window, without any refund fee.
