The comprehensive reconstruction of the power grid in four districts including Miyun and Huairou in Beijing has been completed after the disaster.

After the regional heavy flood in the Hai River Basin in July 2025, some power facilities in the northern mountainous areas of Beijing's Miyun, Huairou, Pinggu, and Yanqing were severely damaged. Yesterday, the journalist learned from the State Grid that as of now, the post-disaster reconstruction projects of the power grid in these four areas of Beijing have been fully completed, providing reliable power guarantee for the mountain residents to stay warm during the winter.
