According to the Securities Times app, Central Bancompany (CBCY.US), a super community bank based in Missouri, USA, announced the terms of its initial public offering (IPO) last Friday. The company is currently listed on the over-the-counter (OTC) market under the stock code "CBCY", and this time plans to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange with the stock code "CBC". The company plans to raise $400 million by issuing 17.8 million shares of stock at a price range of $21 to $24 per share. If calculated at the midpoint of the price range, Central Bancompany's market value will reach $5.4 billion.
