According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Jiangsu Guoxin Rundonghai Offshore Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Baoyang as the legal representative. The registered capital is 675 million yuan, and the business scope includes power generation, power transmission, and power supply. Shareholding transparency on Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Jiangsu Guoxin Group Co., Ltd., Yancheng Huanghai Huineng Green Energy Co., Ltd., and others.
