On November 3, Guizhou Gas announced that the ninth meeting of the fourth board of directors of the company approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company" and agreed to appoint Wang Qian as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. The term of office will be from the date of approval by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of office of the fourth board of directors of the company.
