Commercial cleaning robot national standard released

Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation approved the release of the national standard for "Commercial Cleaning Robots," which will officially take effect on May 1, 2026. The scope of this standard covers cleaning robots used in commercial environments such as shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, and underground parking garages. By clarifying technical requirements for cleaning performance, mobility, and health and safety, this standard aims to regulate product design and production, comprehensively improve the quality and user experience of commercial cleaning robots.
