The Ministry of Finance of China plans to issue 3-year and 5-year USD-denominated senior bonds

The People's Republic of China (referred to as "China") intends to issue Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Bonds denominated in US Dollars with maturities of 3 years and 5 years through the Ministry of Finance under Regulation S/144A.
