Cambrian responds to former CTO's claim for 4.287 billion yuan: will fully defend against it
Cambrian issued an announcement yesterday evening stating that the company recently received a summons from the Haidian District People's Court in Beijing. Liang Jun, former deputy general manager and chief technology officer of Cambrian, sued the company for a labor dispute, claiming a compensation amount of 4.287 billion yuan. The case has been accepted for trial, but has not yet been heard in court. The announcement shows that the plaintiff Liang Jun's main request in the summons is to request the defendant to compensate for equity incentive losses of 4,286,624,448 yuan. In response to the impact of this announcement, Cambrian responded to Sina Technology, saying, "This case has no impact on the company's daily research and development and operations, and we will do our best to deal with the improper demands of former executives against the company."
