Website security protection cloud service provider Cloudflare's stock price surged by 12.7%, before FactSet data showed that its third-quarter profit and revenue both exceeded analyst expectations. Cloudflare's fourth-quarter guidance indicates an earnings per share of 27 cents, excluding one-time items, higher than the analyst's forecast of 26 cents; and a revenue expectation of up to $5.895 billion in the fourth quarter also surpasses the estimated $5.801 billion.
