On the morning of October 29th, Liu Liehong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, presided over a special symposium. The meeting emphasized that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made new arrangements for the construction of a national integrated data market that is open, shared, and secure, guiding us to accelerate the cultivation of data circulation and transaction service agencies, and promote the high-quality development of data circulation and transactions. The meeting pointed out that currently, there are diverse forms and channels of data circulation and transactions. The way in which data is utilized and developed determines the corresponding data circulation and transaction mode. It is necessary to formulate policies according to different categories, further stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of various data circulation and transaction service agencies, support exploration of diverse forms of data circulation and transactions, and promote the prosperity and vitality of the data market ecosystem.
