Bloomberg reported on October 31 that the cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase is in the late-stage negotiations to acquire the stablecoin infrastructure startup BVNK for around $2 billion. The deal is currently pending due diligence. Coinbase expects to complete the transaction later this year or early next year. However, the terms of the deal may still be adjusted, and there is a risk of the deal falling through.
